Just a quick message to advise customers that packaging for the Multivet citronella bark collars has changed slightly. You may notice branding for Innotek or PetSafe now being displayed on several of the popular Multivet line of spray collars. Rest assured the products have not changed at all. Corporate changes in the US have resulted in the Multivet product line having a few packaging changes only. Refills for all older Multivet bark collars and remote spray trainers can now use the spray refills that have Innotek or PetSafe labelling without any concern about voiding warranties.
