Hints and Tips No. 11 Make Sure Your Remote Training Collar has all the Features You Want!
At Bark Control we have recently noticed a lot of customers looking to buy a Dog Training Collar after having already purchased one that did not allow them to upgrade down the track as their needs changed.
For example many farmers or hunters prefer a dog training collar where extra collars can be added down the track. Some brands do not offer this and you are required to buy a whole new e-collar system. Other brands allow you to add another training collar whenever you like at a fraction of the price. The SportDog SD 1825 allows you to expand out to 6 dogs. Adding another collar whenever you like.
The moral is to check into the remote training collar you are thinking of buying, before outlaying any of your hard earned!! As we always say at Bark Control, "Don't hesitate to call. We're here to help!"

Citronella and Lemon Spray Changes...

If you are a citronella, lemon or scentless spray collar user, please be aware of the following important changes:
- All lemon spray refills are about to be no longer available. This will obviously effect all users of lemon spray bark collars and lemon spray remote training collars. However it is important to understand that all of these collars can now use either the citronella refills or scentless refills that carry the PetSafe, Innotek or Multivet brand logos.
- Products effected: If you have purchased an Innotek Spray Bark Control Collar, PetSafe Lemon Spray Bark Control Collar, PetSafe Lemon Spray Remote Trainer rest assured you can now use a citronella or scentless refill without effecting your warranty. (see below)
- Effect on existing warranties. As long as customers continue to use citronella or scentless refills that carry the brand names of either Innotek, PetSafe or Multivet, current warranties will not be effected. Unfortunately use other brands of lemon spray or other refils will automatically void any warranties.
- Limited Stock. We currently have a small quantity of lemon spray refills available, so if you prefer the lemon spray refill we suggest you order up fast!
We do apologise that these lemon spray refills will no longer be available as many customers have expressed their preference for these refills over citronella. However please understand that this is totally out of our control.
