The Dogtra 300M dog training collar is great for dogs 7.5kgs upwards, mild and responsive working dogs. The collar and handset are both rechargeable and fully waterproof. The 300M remote trainer has a range of 725 metres, and has a paging (vibration) mode, great for use when in noisy environments (particularly around stock). In addition to this, you have the industry standard continuous and nick correction options. However, what sets the 300M apart from its competitors is the Rheostat dial that allows you to ensure a smoother, more gradual adjustment up and down correction levels - there is no jumping between the large differences of low, medium and high levels.
