What is your Performance Guarantee?
If the product does not do the job...send it back! Where else can you try the product and send it back if you don't get the results? This guarantee is only offered on specified products. These include:

To find out if your product has a performance guarantee, please locate the corresponding product page on our site and find the period of time the Performance Guarantee is applied for and any other conditions that may apply. If you find the product does not offer a performance guarantee or an upgrade guarantee, then that product is covered by warranty only.
This guarantee is offered on a joint responsibility basis whereby the purchaser agrees to follow all instructions for use and training guidelines as outlined in the training manual.
If your product is not working for your situation, you will need to contact us on 1300 668 931 within the performance day time period and request an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorisation Number). To be eligible for your refund or upgrade, your product MUST be returned to our mailing address (19/33-43 Meakin Road Meadowbrook, QLD, 4131) within 14 days of receiving the RMA. As soon as we receive the product, we will process your refund/upgrade.
If the product does not perform at a satisfactory standard, Bark Control Australia will refund the receipted purchase price (less cost of consumables and postage) provided:
All products sold by Bark Control Australia are protected by Australian warranties to cover any manufacturing faults. Items confirmed faulty will be either replaced or repaired by Bark Control Australia or the manufacturer, dependant on the manufacturer's warranty terms. There are varying warranty periods for differing items of 12 months, 3-years (the majority of products) and lifetime warranties on particular products. Warranty time frame and any additional warranty related information for individual items can be found in the Warranty tab of each product page. Any manufacturing faults in consumable items such as replaceable rechargeable batteries, contact probes and collar straps etc. will be covered under warranty for the first year of purchase.
This warranty covers intrinsic component and manufacturing defects and excludes any defects due to misuse, incorrect procedures, tampering, incorrect maintenance, physical damage or misadventures. Unless otherwise stated in the warranty information sction on the product page, dog chews are not covered by warranty.
In no event shall Bark Control Australia be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of this Product.

If your product must be returned we will provide a mailing address for the unit to be returned. This might not be to our location for some products, but to the Australian service centre for the item concerned.

All warranty and servicing is handled by Australian distributors in Australia. In fact, all Dogtra products are serviced by Bark Control Australia by Australia's most experienced Dogtra technician.
