Do you offer a Money Back Guarantee?
At Bark Control Australia, we offer a no-questions-asked 60-day Money Back Guarantee on all unused and unopened items purchased from us. If you get the product home and you decide you do not want to keep it, or your circumstances change, you have the option to return it to us. You will need to contact us on 1300 668 931 within the 60-day time period and request and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. To be eligible for your refund, your product must be returned to our mailing address (19/33-43 Meakin Road, MEADOWBROOK, QLD, 4131) within 14 days of receiving the RMA. The cost of returning the item is up to the purchaser. As soon as we receive the product, we will process your refund.
An admin processing fee of 5% of the purchase price will be charged on all returned items.
Any item that has been removed from it's original packaging and/or used in any way is not covered by our 60-day money back guarantee policy. However, you may still be covered by our performance guarantee below.
What is your Performance Guarantee?
If you are not seeing results with the product, get in touch. We will provide tips and troubleshooting to see if we can get this working as it should. If we can't get the results for you, send it back! This guarantee is offered on a joint responsibility basis whereby the purchaser agrees to follow all instructions for use and training guidelines as outlined in the product manual or our directions. This guarantee is only offered on specific products. They include:
  • All static electric Bark Collars (30-days)
  • Containment Fence Systems (30-days)
  • Citronella Spray Bark Collars (14-days)
  • Vibration and Ultrasonic Devices (14-days)
To find out if your product has a performance guarantee, please locate the corresponding product page on our site and find the period of the performance guarantee is applied for and any other conditions that may apply. If you find the product does not offer a performance guarantee, then that product is covered by warranty only if faulty. If your product is not working for your situation, you will need to contact us on 1300 668 931 within the guarantee time period and request and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. To be eligible for your refund or upgrade, your product must be returned to our mailing address (19/33-43 Meakin Road, MEADOWBROOK, QLD, 4131) within 14 days of receiving the RMA. As soon as we receive the product, we will process your refund/upgrade.
If the product does not effectively reduce or remove the issue, Bark Control Australia will refund the receipted purchase price (less cost of consumables, fees and postage) provided:
  • The goods are returned in re-sellable condition.
  • The goods are returned with their accessories where possible (excluding citronella refills and used fence wire). The packaging is not required for the return, however, it is recommended to return the packaging if it is still in good condition.
  • The goods are returned with the RMA number or a copy of the original invoice in the packaging for our reference.
  • An admin processing fee of 5% of the purchase price will be charged on all returned items. If you are upgrading from one product to another, we will waive this fee.
  • The purchaser shall also pay the cost of postal return
  • The purchaser shall also pay the cost of all consumables related to the original item purchased. This includes batteries, citronella refills, dog fence wire, collar straps that have been trimmed and any product with excessive dirt, hair or odour. A price list can be found HERE.
  • If the product/s are not returned in close to new condition, allowing for general wear and tear, Bark Control Australia reserves the right not to refund anything.
  • All guarantees and warranties are valid to the purchaser and are not transferrable if the product is on-sold.
