Do you offer a money back guarantee?

At Bark Control Australia, we offer an unconditional, no-questions-asked 60-day Money Back Guarantee on all unused and unopened items purchased from us. If you get the product home and decide you do not want to keep it, or your circumstances change between purchasing and the product arriving you have the option to return it to us. You will need to contact us on 1300 668 931 within the 60-day time period and request an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorisation Number). To be eligible for your refund, your product MUST be returned to our mailing address (19/33-43 Meakin Road, Meadowbrook, QLD, 4131) within 14 days of receiving the RMA. As soon as we receive the product, we will process your refund.
A processing fee of 5% of the purchase price will be charged on all returned items. If your order is paid via AfterPay or ZipPay, a 5% processing fee is charged on the total cost of the order.
Any item that has been removed from it's original packaging and/or used in any is not covered by our 60-day money back guarantee policy. However, you may be covered by our performance guarantee below.

What is your Performance Guarantee?

If the product does not do the job... send it back! Where else can you try the product and send it back if you don't get the results? This guarantee is only offered on specific products. The include:

  • All Static Electric Bark Collars
  • Containment Fence Products
  • Citronella Spray Bark Collars
  • Ultrasonic Bark Deterrents

To find out if your product has a performance guarantee, please locate the corresponding product page on our site and find the period of time the Performance Guarantee is applied for and any other conditions that may apply. If you find the product does not offer a performance guarantee, then that product is covered by warranty only. This guarantee is offered on a joint responsibilty basis whereby the purchaser agrees to follow all instructions for use and training guidelines as outlined in the product manual. If your product is not working for your situation, you will need to contact us on 1300 668 931 within the performance day time period and request an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorisation Number). If the product does not perform at a satisfactory standard, Bark Control Australia will refund the receipted purchase price (less cost of consumables and postage) provided:

  • The goods are returned in resellable condition.
  • The goods are returned in their original packaging and with their accessories when possible (excluding citronella spray refills). The packaging must be retained and kept in good condition to claim any guarantee.
  • The goods are returned with your original receipt within the specified period from the date of invoice.
  • A processing fee of 10% of the purchase price will be charged on all return items.
  • The purchaser shall also pay the cost of postal return.
  • **Please Note** The purchaser shall also pay the cost of all used consuambles related to the original item purchased; e.g. replaceble batteries, collar straps that have been trimmed, items that smell like dog, spray refills and rolls of containment system wire and flags. Please avoid cutting the strap until you are confident the collar is working.
  • If your order is paid via AfterPay or ZipPay, a 5% processing fee is charged on all refunds when not upgrading. If you would like to upgrade under the performance guarantee, payment of the difference in cost can be paid outright via Visa or Mastercard, or orgainised via AfterPay.
  • If the products and packaging are not returned in close to new condition, allowing for general wear and tear, Bark Control Australia reserves the right not to refund anything.
  • All warranties are valid to the purchaser and are not transferable if the product is onsold.
