Delivery timeframes begin after dispatch and are estimates only.
Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, severe
weather or carrier network disruptions.
Delivery Locations
Delivery is available Australia-wide. Orders are dispatched from
our Brisbane warehouse, depending on your delivery
location and available stock.
Orders containing multiple items may be split into multiple parcels
and may be delivered at different times. When this occurs, you will
receive a separate shipment email and tracking number for each
parcel.
Standard eParcel Delivery
Metro areas: Estimated delivery within
3–5 business days after dispatch.
Regional and remote areas: Estimated delivery
within 3–10 business days after dispatch.
Actual delivery times depend on the destination and any unexpected delays.
Express Shipping
Express Shipping is available for most products. It is not
available for citronella spray collars, aerosol refill cans or
oversized products that cannot be sent through the Australia Post
network, including selected ramps and crates.
Estimated delivery to eligible metro destinations is
1–2 business days after dispatch. Regional and remote destinations
may take longer.
Same-Day Dispatch
Orders for in-stock items placed and paid for before
2:00 pm AEST, Monday to Friday, are normally
dispatched from our warehouse that same business day.
Same-day dispatch does not apply on weekends or public holidays.
Orders placed after the cutoff are normally dispatched on the next
business day.
Products displayed as available for preorder will be dispatched
once stock arrives. An estimated availability date will be
provided where possible.
Warehouse Pickup
Pickup is available from our Meadowbrook warehouse. Place your
order online and select Collect from Warehouse as
the delivery option. A shipping address must still be entered
during checkout.
Orders placed during business hours are typically ready within one
hour. Orders placed outside business hours will normally be ready
early on the next business day.
Pickup hours: Monday to Friday,
8:30 am–4:30 pm, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated according to the parcel's physical
or cubic weight, dimensions, delivery destination and selected
shipping service.

be displayed in the shopping cart or during checkout after you
enter your postcode.
Track and Trace
Most orders are sent with Australia Post. Larger or oversized
products may be delivered by another courier service.
Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, you will
receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking
number and carrier details.
Australia Post deliveries can be followed through the
Australia Post Tracking Portal.
Tracking may initially show as pending and will update after the
parcel receives its first carrier scan.
Default option
Signature Required
Signature Required is selected by default at checkout. Australia
Post or the applicable courier will request a signature when the
parcel is delivered.
If nobody is available to accept the parcel, it may be taken to a
nearby Post Office or collection point. The carrier will provide
collection instructions where applicable.
It is the recipient's responsibility to collect the parcel within
the carrier's nominated collection period.
Authority to Leave
Eligible Australia Post deliveries may be redirected to a safe
location using Safe Drop through your MyPost account. The email
address or mobile number on your order may need to match the
details registered to your MyPost account.
When Authority to Leave or Safe Drop is selected, the parcel may
be delivered without obtaining a signature.
We cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage that
occurs after the carrier records an authorised delivery at the
nominated location.
