Warranty

All products sold by Bark Control are covered by genuine Australian Distributor warranties.

Bark Collars, Electric Dog Fences and Dog Training Collars supplied by Petsafe, SportDOG, Dogtra and DogWatch will be repaired or replaced for a period of Three Years from the original purchase date (excludes DogWatch Premium Fence Collars with LifeTime Warranty).


Bark Collars and Remote Trainers from D T Systems and E-Collar Technologies will be repaired or replaced for a period of Two Years from original invoice date.


Unless otherwise stated above, all warranties are for 12 months from the date of purchase. Warranties will cover main electrical components, consumable parts like batteries (rechargeable or replaceable), boundary fence wire, chargers/power supplies, or collar straps will have a limited warranty. This warranty covers intrinsic component and manufacuring defects and excludes any defects due to misuse, incorrect procedures, tampering, incorrect maintenance, physical damage or misadventures. Damage from dog chewing is not covered under warranty.


In no event shall Bark Control Australia be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, speacial or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with use or misuse of these products.


If your product is in need of service or repair, please contact Bark Control Australia on 1300 668 931 or using the contact us page to see if it something that can be rectified over the phone. If your product must be returned for servicing, we will provide you with an RMA number and mailing address for the unit to be returned. Please enclose this RMA number in the return packaging. The cost of returning the item to us is at your expense, and we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced item out.
