Dogtra 1900X Remote Training Collar System

The Dogtra 1900X is a rugged 1200 metre remote training collar built for medium to large dogs, working dogs, or hunting dogs with a high tolerance and prey drive. It is designed for trainers who need a powerful, reliable and precise training tool for demanding outdoor conditions.

It combines 100 levels of low to high static electric stimulation with Nick, Constant, XPP vibration, audible tone, BOOST, level lock and a bright locator light. The result is a serious training system with precise control, not a basic backyard training collar.

Best for medium to large dogs

Recommended for dogs over 15kg with a neck size from approximately 33cm. The 1900X is a high-output system, so it is better suited to tolerant, high-drive or giant dogs. For most dogs, the Dogtra ARC-X is sufficient.

The waterproof receiver and durable remote casing are designed for outdoor training, wet conditions, paddocks, bush tracks and demanding working environments.

Expandable for multi-dog training

Train up to 3 dogs from one transmitter by adding compatible Dogtra X-Series receivers. Each dog can be selected from the remote for clear, separate control.

Dogtra 1900X FAQs

Is the Dogtra 1900X suitable for small dogs?
The 1900X is not the best choice for small dogs. It is a high-output remote training collar designed for medium to large dogs, generally around 15kg and above. For smaller or softer-tempered dogs, a lower-output and physically smaller model is usually more appropriate.
Can I use the 1900X as a bark collar?
No. The Dogtra 1900X is a remote trainer, meaning the handler controls the correction from the remote. It does not automatically detect barking or activate by itself.
What is the difference between Nick and Constant?
Nick is a brief momentary stimulation. Constant provides stimulation for as long as the button is held, up to the collar’s safety cut-off. Most training should start at the lowest effective level and use consistent timing.
Is the Dogtra 1900X waterproof?
Yes. The 1900X has an IPX9K waterproof rating, making it suitable for demanding outdoor use, wet grass, rain and field conditions.
Can one remote train more than one dog?
Yes. The Dogtra 1900X is expandable up to 3 dogs with compatible additional 1900X receivers.
Can I attach a lead to the e-collar strap?
No. Do not attach a lead to the e-collar strap. Use a separate flat collar or harness for lead attachment.
