Delivery Locations

Delivery is available Australia-wide. Items are shipped from our Brisbane or Melbourne warehouse, depending on your location and stock allocation.

Some orders with multiple items may be split between the two warehouses and arrive in different parcels. You will receive two shipment emails and tracking numbers to advise you of this.

Metro Areas: The estimated delivery time to metro areas is 3-5 business days.

Regional Ares: The estimated delivery time to regional areas is 3-10 business days.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping is available on all products, excluding citronella spray collars and refill cans, and larger items that AusPost do not send (some ramps and crates).

Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days to metro areas.

Same Day Despatch

All orders placed before 2:00pm AEST Monday to Friday are dispatched from our warehouses that same day. Same day dispatch excludes public holidays and weekends. Some out of stock items can be pre-ordered for when stock arrives, we will provide an ETA at the time of the order for when it is expected to be dispatched.

Pick Up

Pick up is available from our Meadowbrook Warehouse. If you would like to pick up your order, you can place the order online and select Collect from Warehouse as the shipping option (you still need to enter your shipping address before this). We will typically have it ready to collect within 1 hour during business hours (M-F 8.30 am to 4.00 pm) or early the next business day if ordered outside of these hours.

Delivery Fees

Delivery Fees vary depending on the weight of your total order. Generally, the heavier the item is, the higher the delivery fee will be.

Please note: Express Post is calculated on the total order weight and delivery location. To calculate express post on your order, you can use the shipping calculator in the cart.

Track & Trace

A majority of orders placed with us are shipped with Australia Post, with larger items being shipped via a courier service. Once you order has been processed by our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order from dispatch to delivery via the Australia Post Tracking Portal.

Please Note: The tracking number will become active once it has been scanned by Australia Post.

Signature Required (Default)

Signature Required will be selected by default at checkout, and Australia Post will request a signature upon delivery. If the address on the order is unattended, the parcel will be taken to a local Post Office and a card should be left. It is your responsibility to collect your order from the post office.

Authority to Leave

We use Australia Post Safe Drop, if you have an Australia Post account, and the email/phone number on the order match the account, you can request to have the item left in a safe place.

If you select Authority to Leave, we can not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged products.
