Dogtra 280X Remote Training Collar
The Dogtra 280X is a compact 800 metre remote training collar for smaller to medium dogs from approximately 5kg. It is the upgraded X-Series replacement for the popular Dogtra 280C, with a more modern remote, tone, XPP vibration, BOOST, level lock and a bright LED collar light.
The 280X is designed for everyday obedience, recall training, off-lead control and active dogs that need clear communication without the size or output of a large working-dog collar.
Best for smaller to medium dogs
The 280X is suitable for dogs from approximately 5kg. It is physically smaller than the ARC-X and 1900X receivers, making it a better fit for dogs that need a compact e-collar setup.
Low-to-medium output
The 100 levels are designed for mild to medium temperament dogs. It gives better control than basic trainers, without jumping straight to the stronger output of the 1900X.
X-Series controls
The 280X includes the newer X-Series handpiece design, with central command button, 3-dog toggle, BOOST, tone, vibration, safety level lock and LED screen.

Recall training
Reinforce recall at distance with tone, vibration or low-level stimulation once the dog understands the command.
General obedience
Useful for heeling, place training, distraction control and reinforcing commands your dog already understands.
Smaller to medium dogs
The compact 68g receiver is better suited to dogs that do not need the larger receiver or stronger output of the 1900X.
