How the PetSafe Deluxe Little Dog Spray Collar Works
After correctly fitting this bark collar, the PetSafe Deluxe Little Dog Spray Collar will detect your dogs barking through its vibration sensor and microphone then proceed to deliver a quick burst of citronella spray.
The burst of citronella spray breaks your dogs barking cycle by alerting a number of your dog's senses; smell, touch, and hearing. your dog will hear the sound of the spray being released from the module, they'll feel the mist on their snout and they'll smell the scent of citronella. This distraction controls nuisance barking.
The spray collar is filled with citronella liquid through the inlet valve located on the bottom of the collar module. Each 80g citronella spray refill delivers approximately 300-400 sprays. The module is powered by one PetSafe RFA-188 Battery and lasts 3-4 months with average use.
