The Surface Conductor Grid replaces the standard contact probes on compatible static collars. Its wider contact area helps distribute pressure across the dog’s skin instead of concentrating it on two small points.

The grid can provide more consistent skin contact, improve comfort during extended wear and help reduce the risk of pressure-related irritation. It is particularly useful for containment collars and dogs that require reliable contact throughout the day.

*The Surface Conductor Grid must be removed to charge the SportDOG SBC-R, SBC-10 and SDF-100C collars.

Important Wear Information

The grid does not eliminate the need for correct fitting and regular skin checks. Reposition the collar regularly and inspect your dog’s neck for redness or irritation. Remove the collar immediately if irritation develops. The grid must make contact with the skin and may not be suitable for dogs with particularly thick coats.
